    J. Edwards Gourmet offers a large selection of sugar-free products! We currently sell our sugar-free items in our shop. Online ordering coming soon. You can call and order our sugar-free goodies directly from the shop. 

  • When can I purchase Our Famous Caramel Apples?

    Our famous caramel apples are available year around. We offer the apples in both Granny Smith and Honey Crisp. 

  • How long does chocolate last?

    Chocolate is best kept at a constant temp of 65-68 F at a low humidity. Our Chocolates have a 6 month shelf life, however if you order chocolate with nuts we suggest you consume with in 3 months.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card online?

  • Can I change the delivery address?
    We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or is not in transit for delivery. To request a change to your order's delivery address, please contact us at (765) 626-0142 or submit an online request via our contact form.
  • When will I receive a tracking number for my order?
    Once your order has been processed and shipped out, you will receive an email shipping confirmation which will contain a tracking number.
  • How do I know my online order was received?
    When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank You" page, which will have an online order confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received. If there are any problems with your order, one of our customer service associates will contact you by phone or email.
